Shipping & Returns


Shipping will be calculated on the physical weight of the package for ground service or the dimensional weight that is governed by UPS. 


Clearance Items are Non-Returnable.

While we stand behind our products we can not take returns on Clearance Items. This is why we can offer such a deep discount on these items.

General Merchandise:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in the original unopened packaging along with the original receipt.

To return a product, please log into your account and view your recent orders. Select the order and item to return with detailed information about why the product needs to be returned. We will review your request and provide detailed instructions to return the product.

If you receive a package that has been damaged during shipment, you must contact our customer service department via the Contact Us link within 5 days of receipt to start the claim procedure to expedite a replacement package. Please be sure to include your order number in the message.

All returns must include the original receipt; the RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping parcel. Returns should be packaged in a separate shipping carton and insured for the value of the contents. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.


When purchasing a fuselage, keep all the packaging material and the outside carton as you receive it from us. If you need to return the fuselage to us, it must be repackaged very carefully, inside the product box and the outside shipping carton and it must be insured for the value of the fuselage. Damage during shipping is unfortunately common which requires these special precautions to avoid claims being rejected by shipping carriers.
